Initial Evaluation, 60 Minutes $275.  Extended $330.

Individual Psychotherapy Session (Code 90834) 45 Minutes $245

Individual Psychotherapy Session (Code 90837) 55 minutes $275

Family and Couples Therapy, 50-60 Minutes $300

Extended Individual Session, 90 Minutes $375

Insurance

I am not on any HMO panel or Provider List.  However, I will assist you in procuring out of network reimbursement.  If necessary, I will call your insurance (with your written permission) and can help you fill out any necessary forms.

An exception to this is students with Aetna Student Health.  I will collect from you only the co-pay and the deductible and will submit to Aetna for the rest of the fee.
